Keeping Your Information Current
It is important that the school has up-to-date contact details for all families. If any of the following change, please let us know as soon as possible:
- Home address or mailing address
- Phone numbers (home, mobile, work)
- Email address
- Emergency contact details
- Medical information or health conditions
- Custody or court order changes
How to Update
You can update your details by:
- Downloading and completing the Change of Details form and returning it to the school office.
- Contacting the school office directly.
